Located along the famous Hay St strip, close to WACA, Optus stadium, Perth mint and our beautiful foreshore with the free CAT buses right at your door step. Main bedroom boasts a comfy king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 king singles that can be pushed together to become a king. There is a convenience store on site for your last minute necessities and a Cafe on the ground floor, too!

Self check in instructions will be sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to complete our pre-arrival checks.

Before check-in, you’ll be required to complete a quick identity verification by uploading your licence or passport. This step ensures security for the property owner, giving them confidence that you are who you say you are—similar to standard hotel check-in procedures.

Please note a longstay cleaning fee of $250 is applied instead of the standard fee for stays longer than 14 days.
The front building of this complex are commercial/ office space. Please do not wander aroundthat area or park on the left side (when facing the apt) as it belongs to commercial parking.

TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR
There is a highchair and standard size port-a-cot available for your use. Clean linen is available in the wardrobe. As we don't charge extra for this, please help us and put used cot sheets in the washing machine and start a cycle before you check out.
