You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

This building is a serviced apartment hotel where the pool and Tennis courts are a shared facility. There is also a reception at the lobby, however private units like this are privately managed. Your unit is unique like an apartment itself where you have your own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining as well as laundry and a balcony facing Jacob's Ladder in Kings Park. There is a split system air conditioning in the main living room which effectively cools the second bedroom also when the doors are open. There is also a split system in the main bedroom.

Walking:
Best for: Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay, Barrack Street Jetty, Kings Park (eastern end), and many restaurants/shops.

Distance: The CBD is literally a few minutes' walk away. Elizabeth Quay is also very close. This is often the most convenient way to explore the immediate city area.

Transperth Bus Services:
Stops: There are multiple bus stops directly along Mounts Bay Road, very close to 112. These buses connect to various parts of the CBD, West Perth, South Perth (via the Causeway), and other suburbs.
CAT Buses (Free Central Area Transit): The Blue CAT bus route runs along Mounts Bay Road (or very close to it, depending on the exact stop) and is a free service that circles the inner city, connecting major attractions, train stations, and shopping areas. This is incredibly useful for tourists.
Fares: For non-CAT buses, you'll need a SmartRider card or cash to buy a ticket.

TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR
There is a highchair and standard size port-a-cot available for your use. Clean linen is available in the wardrobe. As we don't charge extra for this, please help us and put used cot sheets in the washing machine and start a cycle before you check out.

4 night stay for the wrestling

Great 2 bedroom apartment which was everything we needed for our stay. Couldnt fault it, communication was timely, instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. Walked into the city centre each day Plenty of room so we didnt feel squashed. Very happy with this place

The accomodation was in a good area etc however this is a home2 bnb property which demand a deposit. Unfortunately I lost mine and was blamed for a carpet stain caused by someone else. I asked for before and after photos which they claimed were took and was sent only an after photo and they kept money anyway. Don’t bother unless you wish to pay more than what is advertised
