Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless. The free CAT bus stops 50 metres from the apartment, connecting you to the CBD and major attractions. You’re also within walking distance of Perth Train Station and Busport, giving you access to the suburbs, beaches, and day-trip destinations.



Parking is not included, but can be arranged for $15 per night (2m clearance), subject to availability. Street parking may be available, but is not guaranteed.



If you're travelling by car, freeway access is close by, making day trips and airport travel straightforward.

GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
