Our home is available for rent. Close to beautiful Devonport beaches, (Narrow Neck & Cheltenham.)
Spacious and comfortable, our house offers lovely views of Ngataringa Bay. There is a big garden, a deck to relax on and 2 separate living areas. Narrow Neck beach is a 20 min walk (1.6 kms) away while Devonport village is a very short drive (or a 25 min walk, 2.1 kms.) The Waitemata Golf Club is also nearby as are an array of very good cafes & restaurants.
We love the beaches, walks and bike rides Devonport has to offer. The views from our home are really special as is the garden and some of the wonderful birds who live in it. Fabulous sunsets can be viewed from the end of the street. Devonport is a great place to be and only a 10 min ferry ride from Auckland City.
The 2nd living area is a separate room with a fold-out couch and a good office workspace.
Cook in the fully-equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ on the elevated deck or the handmade pizza oven below to dine al fresco.
