'Game Time' is a 7 bedroom creek home with all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation in Garden City Beach! The supersize pool area and the stationary walkout pier (no floating dock) are the highlights of this property. The walkout is tucked into a tidal creek that allows for kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing when the tide is right! The public beach access is located a short 10 minute walk, at the end of the road. This home is just off the beaten path, but close to everything! The private pool can be heated for an additional $350 per week (3/1 - 5/30 and 9/1 - 11/1 if air temp is not below 55F).

The house has 2 living areas, with a great space for the kids to gather on the lower level. The upper level of Game Time has a large living area, with a large L-shaped couch, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The primary king suite is also located on the upper level, along with 2 additional queen bedrooms connected via Jack & Jill bath. The lower level has a large living area, galley kitchen, 3 queen bedrooms and a bunk room. Two Jack & Jill bathrooms connect the 4 lower bedrooms. Outside amenities include: 48x16 Pool, upgraded deck furniture, hot/cold shower, stationary walkout pier. Game Time is a small dog friendly property.
