1st Family vaca

Overall our group really enjoyed the property. The separate balconies were great. For my taste there were just too many knickknacks. It took away from the counter space. There was plenty of dishes ,glasses etc. We wished there was a empty cupboard for putting away our groceries.

Frank's Place II

This was amazing. To be so close to the beach & away from all the busy streets was great! The house was very nice & the amenties were great. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, as this was his first time at the beach & he loved it. Having the elevator for my dad, who is handicapped was also nice, we just wished it had gome up 1 more floor. We made it work though. We will definitely consider staying at your haouse again! Thanks for the great vacation!!

Great area

Loved the neighborhood. House could be cleaner, but it wasn't horrible. Mildewy shower curtain, kids toys left under furniture. We had to remove a wasp nest under deck furniture. We got stung. The rest was fine. Lots of towels, bedding was good. Had a wonderful week

A Perfect Vacation Experience – Highly Recommend Sea Star Realty!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Sea Star Realty property in Myrtle Beach, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect spot. The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean the home was – it even had a fresh, welcoming scent that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials – small utensils, pots and pans, and incredibly comfortable bedding. Everything we needed for a relaxing, convenient stay was already in place. And the beautiful private pool quickly became our favorite feature – clean, peaceful, and perfect for both lounging and family fun.The location was absolutely ideal. The home was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to both restaurants and the beach. It truly offered the best of both worlds – relaxation and accessibility. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the Sea Star Realty team. Every time I reached out – even by text – they responded immediately with professionalism and care. One moment that really impressed us was after a storm passed through overnight. Without us even needing to ask, someone arrived the very next morning to clean the pool and ensure everything was perfect for us to enjoy again. That level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness was above and beyond. We had an amazing time and genuinely appreciated every detail of our stay. Sea Star Realty made our vacation effortless and enjoyable from beginning to end. I would highly recommend both this property and Sea Star Realty to anyone looking for a top-tier vacation experience in Myrtle Beach. We’re already planning to book with them again!

Excellent home very close to beach

This is a beautiful home located just a few steps away from the beach. The house has a great layout and plenty of room. We enjoyed staying here for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had a few elderly parents, so using the elevator came in handy. The kitchen is well equipped and the management company brought us a delicious pumpkin pie. The only negative that I can think of is that there isn't a pantry in the kitchen, so we had to store all of our dry goods on the counters in the kitchen. Also, the half bath door doesn't lock/close. Other than that we would absolutely stay here again if going to this area! Also, I would definitely rent from the management company (Sea Star Realty) anytime!

Great House for a big group

Great house with a pool near the beach. Four families stayed in this house. The only drawback was that the house was not very clean upon check-in. Great kitchen that has been recently updated. Fun bunk room for the kids. I would stay there again.

Nice property, needs attention

Very nice house. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything you would want. We would consider returning but a few critical items would need to be repaired. Every deck railing had loose or even a missing pickets. Our grandson almost climbed through the missing picket before we realized what was going on. The air conditioner froze up because the filters were clogged up. A few broken chairs on the deck and around the pool. Generally not cleaned very well. Maybe the for sale sign out front explains the lack of maintenance and hopefully the new owners will bring the place up to the standards that reflect the higher price point for this property.

Hi Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, guest feedback is always appreciated. We agree with you that this is a very nice home that is located in an excellent community and so close to the gorgeous Surfside Beach. However, we regret that you experienced some maintenance issues during your stay. We have fulltime maintenance available 7-days a week, including afterhours, to promptly resolve any reported issues. Unfortunately, the issues you mention were not reported to us until you departed, so we were not afforded the opportunity to address during your stay. Our housekeepers are also available any time a guest feels a reclean is needed. Again, this could have easily been addressed should you have reported during your stay. We encourage guests to communicate with us, as it is our mission to ensure our guests have the best, most comfortable vacation experience possible. Please contact us to assist in planning your next beach vacation, and remember that we always have special offers for our returning guests. Kindest regards, Sea Star Realty
