"Kirkland" is an inviting pet-friendly holiday rental, a mere 5-minute walk from the beach in the seaside town of Culburra Beach in NSW. Able to accommodate up to eight guests, it boasts three sumptuous bedrooms styled for relaxation and absolute comfort after a day of sun and surf.
The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, hosts a plush king-sized bed. The remaining two bedrooms feature two king single beds and a tri bunk with a trundle bed respectively, complemented by spacious wardrobes and ample natural light, plus the most exquisite bedding you'll find in a holiday home. The property also provides 2.5 bathrooms ensuring no morning queues.
Kirkland offers more than just fantastic sleeping arrangements. Its modern kitchen comes fully equipped with contemporary appliances including a coffee machine and dishwasher, setting the stage for effortless meals. The common spaces, fitted with the most stunning all new furnishings, are full of entertainment options: a smart TV with Netflix access, table tennis, a variety of board games and books, and even a portable Bluetooth speaker to bring your favourite tunes to life, setting your holiday vibe.
Venture outside and you will discover a snug outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue and utensils, perfect for making the most of those balmy beach evenings sizzling up a feast or relaxing with a cold drink and nibbles. A luxurious outdoor shower is also at your disposal to wash the day's sand away. Three dedicated parking spaces provide trouble-free access to and from the home, and the fully fenced garden offers peace of mind for families and pet owners alike.

- The property has cameras positioned above the front door, above the side gate, and attached to the awning looking out over the back fence. The cameras are NOT in any way focused on congregation areas.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
