Evolve guest contact Elizabeth Gillis could not be contacted. Called 6 times but she never picked up, her voice mailbox was full so could not leave voice message, and she did not respond to emails. If she is assigned to you, immediately call Evolve and ask for a different contact. Listing does not mention that 2nd bathroom is in unfinished basement. In 1st floor bathroom, diverted is busted so you can only use the shower, the tub on/off valve is so tight, my wife could not turn on the water. The pull chain for the ceiling fan in one bedroom is missing so the fan could not be turned on

Awesome Girls Getaway!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The accommodations were excellent! The house was extremely clean, spacious for our group, excellent outdoor space (loved the Adirondack chairs) and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The bike trails were right outside our door. We accessed the beach and downtown shopsby bike. The town has plenty of parking and public amenities along with excellent shops and restaurants in the area. We loved it!

Review

House was beautiful and well kept and is in a prime location close to downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. Short drive to beach. Check in process was delayed. We were supposed to check in at 3. When we arrived, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were able to check in at 4. The site contact when reached about the wifi and shower took 24 hours to respond. Otherwise, beautiful home.

Hi Meghan, we're so glad you appreciated the beautiful, well-kept house and ideal location, but we're sorry that some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback and they wanted to clarify the following:- You requested an early check-in, but unfortunately, we couldn't accommodate it due to our cleaners' busy schedule. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, which is communicated in both the listing and the pre-stay details so guests are aware before and after booking.- The Wi-Fi password is posted on the refrigerator for easy access. We also sent maintenance promptly to check the connection, and they confirmed everything was working as expected.- The shower operates normally, and maintenance also verified it was functioning properly during your stay.The homeowner works hard to provide a wonderful guest experience and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.
