A private back deck leading from the kitchen that captures the winter sun & summer shade both ideal for entertaining and relaxation. Also conveniently located on the back deck is the second bathroom, a great spot to shower off the sand after a visit to the beach.
Gorgeous, landscaped gardens including a stunning Frangipani tree & organic veggie patch.
Airconditioning & carport.
Be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf in the distance and awaken to the gentle chorus of birdsong.

Guests have full access to our beautiful cottage , front and back decks , veggie garden and stunning garden.
Neighbourhood description.
Set in the stunning enclave of Macmasters Beach on the doorstep of Bouddi National Park. Enjoy an abundance of amazing coastal & bush hiking trails leading along the coast from Kilcare to Macmasters Beach. Or maybe a shorter hike down to Pretty Beach or Maitland Bay.
Take an early morning surf , or leisurely stroll along the unspoilt beauty of Macmasters Beach to Copacabana Beach.
Or just relax and enjoy this very special part of The NSW Coastline.
Macmasters Beach Surf Club is open every Friday & Sunday from 4 to 8pm for a refreshing beverage or a bite from Macs Beach Caffee.
Macs Beach Caffee is open every day for a coffee , breakfast or lunch on the deck overlooking our stunning Macmasters Beach and ocean pool, watching the surfers , you may even see some dolphins or whales.
Zacs Coffee Shack which also serves excellent coffee, beakfast and sweet delights is only a short drive or leisurely stroll from our cottage.
Close by is buzzing Terrigal, laid back Avoca & Copacabana Beaches with great caffes, restaurants, plus fashion & homeware boutiques.
It's always a must to visit the iconic Avoca Beach Theatre.
There's an abundance to do and explore in this wonderful natures' playground.
Kincumber Shopping Village is only a 5-minute drive with all you will need as far as supplies for a great stay.
All of this just over an hours drive north of Sydney or south of Newcastle.


Other things to note.
Bookings of up to 4 guests have the use of the 1st & 2nd bedrooms maximum 4 people.
However if you wish to use the new Eva slide out sofa bed located in the 3rd bedroom / sunroom for the 3rd or 4th guest there is an added charge of $25.00 per night including linen . Please contact us direct when booking for prior approval & so that we are able to have it ready for your stay.
Younger children may be accepted depending on their age and number. However please contact us direct regarding this due to having many treasured items that are breakable plus our property isn't fully ffenced.
Also contact us if you wish to bring your pet along .
