気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The description does not say that there is a steep access (not recommended for people with the slightest impairment).There are steep timber stairs (2 sets) to reach the House.One cannot get a normal suitcase down. The stairs are old, cracked, and slippery when wet. There are no lights at the stairs…There is no off-street parking...There is another set of steep stairs right after opening the entrance door. The internal stairs are shown in the ad (very small staircase), but it is difficult to get luggage up. And the bedrooms are both upstairs and the toilet is downstairs!!It is a quirky little house, and the place has a nice view. However, there is a privacy problem (the next-door neighbour can straight look into the living area and the master bedroom (which could be fixed easily with a small curtain on the side).The property is not properly maintained. Very tired and run down. Old odd furniture and old tired or broken stuff everywhere. The kitchen is filthy and needs a deep clean. Everything is sticky (the toaster and water kettle is dirty; the utensils are a collection of odd things).There was "one" hand towel in the bathroom. The "one layer" toilet paper tells what level of quality one can expect. Attention: we overlooked that there is no aircon.We called the Agent after checking the house and did ask for another place to rent from them instead.But they refused that, just saying : there is no cancellation policy
