We just returned from a 5-day stay, and the house was perfect for the needs of our two families. Very spacious, well equipped and the communication with the host was excellent. There were a few minor issues, and the host was very responsive about them. Definitely recommend this property and would book again if we return to the area.

Great house by Mont Tremblant

Wonderful and clean house with all the necessities close to Mont Tremblant. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated floors! The mudroom was a great feature and our whole family enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this house.

Great vacation!

Our stay was fabulous. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos online. The game room was a hit for the one day of rain we had during the week and the hot tub was clean and relaxing too. Surrounded by trees it was tranquil yet close to the Tremblant Village and Domaine Saint-Bernard (for cross-country skiing) which was exactly what we wanted. Furthermore, the owners were reachable for any questions we had - which gave us peace of mind. We would gladly rent this property again!

We were very disappointed with our stay. The most significant issue was a severe carpenter ant infestation. When we arrived, there were dead ants throughout the floors. We found live ants in the cupboards, on dishes, furniture, walls, ceiling, and in the bedrooms. Most concerning, we woke up with ants crawling on us in bed. We were especially concerned as we were staying with our 4-month-old baby. Having ants throughout the house and sleeping areas raised serious concerns about cleanliness and our baby’s safety and comfort.We contacted the hosts immediately. We were initially told the cleaning team would come, but were later told they could not. Instead, we were instructed to purchase ant traps ourselves, with a promise of reimbursement. We did so, but have still not received the reimbursement.We spent every day of our vacation vacuuming and dealing with ants rather than enjoying our stay.There were also several maintenance issues. The upstairs door did not properly latch or lock, which was particularly concerning given the existing bug problem and provided another potential entry point for insects. The bathtub also did not drain properly, leaving standing water.These were not minor inconveniences. A vacation rental should be clean, properly maintained, and ready for guests. The response to the infestation ultimately left us responsible for managing the problem ourselves. We cannot recommend this rental and would not stay here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is very peaceful, sitting up high and overlooking the woods. It is quite spacious (bigger than it looks in the pictures), all beds are comfortable, plenty of towels for bath and hot tub and very comfortable overall. There is a big boot room when you walk in so that is very helpful in keeping all the ski stuff out of the house. Setup is as follows: main floor master with king and on-suite. basement has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. One bedroom has a Queen and the other has a Queen and bunk beds. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath (one Queen and one King). Two lovely decks with furniture, grill, etc. It is up the mountain a bit so you do need 4 wheel drive in the winter. About a 15 min drive to the mountain or a bit longer if the roads are bad. The kitchen was well outfitted with pots/pans, dishes, etc. However, there weren't some of the small things like spices, coffee filters, etc. so you just need to bring or buy anything like that. The management company was very responsive. Our only issue was that the portal link they kept giving us did not have any details about the house specifically (wifi, garbage location, etc.) so we had to keep asking for that info. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely go back!
