This home is beautiful! Some rentals look and feel like rentals, but this villa must set up for the owner to live in. Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, super clean, and perfectly maintained. We will be hoping this unit is available every time we need to rent in The Villages!

Great Stay!!!

Found online and the host was very responsive from first day we booked to the minute we checked out. Everything was very simple and the home was perfect for us - very clean, easy to follow all instructions and we even had treats waiting for us at check-in. Loved everything about this experience.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. We stayed 4 days and had no issues. Communication with the property owner was easy and they were very responsive. The only recommendation I have is to possibly put slip proof stickers in the master shower as it was slippery when you stepped in if the water was already running. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect

Everything about this property was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family members memorial service - check-in was a breeze, the home is well equiped, clean, pretty. An assortment of snacks along with a quick note welcoming us was left on the kitchen counter along with a binder filled with everything you need to know about the house rules, wi-fi, etc as well as information about the different city-centers. It came in handy. Highly recommend!

Property

The bedroom with the bunk beds was peculiar. The closet was cluttered and there was no where to put your clothes. Otherwise it is a very nice living space and location.
