Want to create life long memories of long summer days, sandy beaches and peaceful surrounds then this classic 3-bedroom beach home directly opposite Capel Sound foreshore is perfect for your next holiday stay. Approximately 100m from your front door step are the sandy shores of Capel Sound.

A classic brick facade invites you inside through a large double carport, greeting you with a vast open-plan layout that's rare for homes of its age. The dining area leads to a retro-chic laminate kitchen with a vintage orange hue and an electric cooker, linking with a full-sized laundry and sunroom to a large rear yard. A beachy blue emanates from the central bathroom and separate toilet serving two generous bedrooms, separate from a master suite at the front of the home with a full ensuite and his/her robes.

A gas heater complements ducted heating and air conditioning. Just metres from the sand, buses and Capel Sound shopping strip, and a vast array of inviting lifestyle amenities.

Great spot

Very tidy property that’s just a couple of minutes from the beach. Traffic is a bit loud, but had no trouble sleeping. Highly recommend.

Like home away from home.

We recently had pleasure staying at this wonderful place. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. House is very close to everything,the shore is just across the road... House is pretty neat and clean.The beds were all so comfy with very nice linen. Pantry well stocked as were the kitchen cupboards with utensils. There were beach toys there for any little person. House has everything you need for comfortable stay. Host was very easy to deal with.. snd communication was detailed and clear... It would be great change the bathroom slide latch lock just to avoid younger kids locking themselves inside. However,we highly recommend this place and would definitely consider this place in future.
