Looking for the ultimate beach holiday, then this self-contained beach apartment has everything & more. It is directly across the road from the pristine foreshore of CAPEL SOUND.
The balcony faces the beach & is in the fabulous strip of shops which host great restaurants, a bar, a laundrette , an Ice cream parlour & a local bottle shop.
This beach apartment has 2 bedrooms which sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment & a BBQ on the balcony.

CAPEL SOUND is situated between Rosebud & Rye & is in the ideal location to sightsee all the local attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.

Wineries, Galleries, Local restaurants & Cafes, Golf courses, The EAGLE in Dromana, the Rye Carnival, Many beaches, Local Pubs, Shopping in Sorrento & the list goes on with so much to see & do.

PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN A LOCKED GARAGE UNDER THE APARTMENT

My girlfriends and I had a lovely stay. It was super convenient with the parking underneath the building and the beach right across from us. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities.

Great location, across from the beach and a very short drive to shops, cafe’s and restaurants. Our host couldn’t be more accommodating. It’s our second stay.

Three of us stayed for just one night. The apartment was clean and spacious, in a great location. Excellent communication from the host, and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

The host was lovely. But we found a few things wanting. The kitchen didn’t have any baking trays for heating food in the oven. The bathroom had no rails or robe hooks for towels. The lounge room furniture had wobbly legs and the deck wasn’t clean. The location was great and we understand it’s a very busy time of the year for rentals. These things would make the apartment easier to stay in and use when you’re only there for a few days.

Comfortable, practical secure accommodation with undercover secure parking. Host was excellent and the early check in offered without asking was a nice touch.

Overall I could not fault our stay. Simone made the self check in process very easy and was quick to respond to any queries we had. Property provided a parking space which made life a lot easier. Property was clean and had everything we needed (included a washing machine and clothes hoarse for drying any washing). Our host even provided little treats for us in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Location was beautiful and close by to other ready to explore areas. We did not need to access public transport but noted several bus stops close by should you need this option. Would highly recommend Simone and their property to other travellers passing through the area.

Great Location

A cozy apartment with secure, private undercover parking, just steps from the beach and a short stroll to the shops makes for the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. Having crepes and ice cream right next door to enjoy whenever you want!! A great spot to enjoy both comfort and easy access to everything you need.
