The space
Our modern, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is situated on buzzing Darling Street. It is within walking distance to shops and eateries. Public transport at your doorstep. If you're looking for a comfortable stay that is close to Sydney CBD but in a unique and charming neighbourhood, our home in R o z e l l e would be sure to appeal and delight.

For stays that are 3 weeks or longer, an extra set of linen is provided free of charge.

**WFH rental service.**
We bring the office to you. New and exclusive to our valued guests, you can now enjoy the convenience and comfort of a Work From Home set up during your stay. High quality equipment including desk, chair, desktop monitor, keyboard and mouse is now available for hire. Our WFH rental includes delivery and assembling in the comfort of your home. Simply plug in your laptop. Please enquire directly for availability.

** Long term stays **
We accept longer stays. From 21 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months plus. Enquire direct to www Furnished Properties com au for discounted and best rates. Or have a look at our other properties that also may interest you.

Please note the following House Rules before booking:

1. No smoking.
There is a strict no smoking policy (including on balconies or terraces). Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.

2. Strict no parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules

3. Children.
We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies in the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and Furnished Properties accepts no responsibility.

4. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 7 AM.
No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 7 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints.

5. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

6. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

7. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Your cooperation ensures smooth operations and allows us to maintain our high standards of service. Thank you for understanding.

This apartment is full of mould, disrepair, water damage and old stained carpets. It is negligent to be offering this property for rent.
Huge puddle at the entrance that you had to leap over (with luggage). It constantly gurgled and bubbled as toilets were flushed in the building.
Stained old carpets.
Chairs that fell apart when you sat on them.
The floor in a state of disrepair. Big gaps between the laminate and the skirts on edge were  loose and away from the wall.

We found this unit to be well located and easy to access. It was clean and had the essential items needed for a comfortable stay.

This was such a disappointment. The carpets were disgusting. Stained. The wood floors had gaping holes down the hall where the heel of your shoe would get caught. You had to plunge the shower for the water to go down. There was a hair in the bed. The lounge furniture had never been cleaned. The location to transport and cafes and restaurants was great and even though it is on a very busy street, the apartment was quiet.

Cleanliness Undermines Location

Property worked well for Michael and I as we came and went separately often. 2 sets of keys was great,Carpets in both bedrooms badly need steam cleaning. Filthy would be the best description of them.Spotted a cockroach in the 2nd bedroom but no sign of Cockroach deterrents thought the apartment.Location was great & would book again,

Review

Property was good though need to repaint as obviously had a water problem as ceilings had signs of mould and water damage to areas the floor had lifted near the bedrooms and cracks in plaster,bathroom shower water very slow to run away pull out couch in lounge area needs attention otherwise that area is fine. I also feel should have mattress and pillow protectors on bedding. Having run a bed and breakfast for quite a few years you have to be very particular for repeat business otherwise enjoyed our stayfine

The location is amazing but the apartment was old and there were items needing to be fixed. Ducted heating not working, only had a split system to heat which took all night to reach the bedrooms, tv in bedroom cracked screen, no blinds in lounge, mould on bathroom grout was unsightly, bathroom sink blocked, no doona covers on beds. Would not stay here again, company offered apology via text but no mention of fixing anything. I then followed up with an email and was refunded a 20% discount off each night. Would have preferred the apartment in working order.
