Introducing this one of a kind luxury 5000 sq ft residence in the sought after gated community of Obsidian. Overlooking the Sierra Star Golf Course and minutes from the ski lifts at Eagle Lodge, this expansive home offers 4 large bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathroom plus an additional 2 powder rooms. This mountain modern home is perfect for your family retreat, with a private hot tub, movie theater room, private 2 car garage and all the conveniences desired. Featuring radiant heated stone flooring throughout, custom wood accents and floor to ceiling windows for the ultimate experience of contemporary mountain living with premium amenities. Expansive living spaces inside, but also enjoy the outdoors on the covered and outdoor terraces on all levels and take in the fairway views. The open plan living area with large gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings around the fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove, fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals and formal dining area seating 8, allows you to host all of the family. Enjoy al fresco living with the fully covered entertaining terrace on this middle level offering a built-in gas grill, dining seating for 6, private hot tub and additional seating outdoors on the balcony. A very desirable large primary master suite on the dedicated third level of the home offers privacy, space and an area to work remotely. Set apart from the rest of the home, you won't want to leave this exquisite master suite featuring King bed, lounge area with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. A private en-suite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk in closet. The private terrace offers outdoor seating and a spiral staircase leading down to the covered hot tub and middle level terrace. The second master bedroom on the middle level features a King bed with private en-suite with tub/shower combo. On the lower level of the home the third bedroom features a Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The final fourth bedroom on the lower level is great for a family or for the kids featuring a full bed and bunk beds with 2 Twin beds, flatscreen TV and private en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower. The home offers a washer/dryer to get the chores done, and on the lower level features a kitchenette and small dining area for 4. This level leads out to the ground floor terrace with additional seating. And don't forget the decked out Movie Theater room featuring a 75" flat screen, you might never see the kids! This home has an approved occupancy of 10. The home has a 2 car private garage with space for an additional 2 vehicles in the driveway so you can avoid any hassle of shoveling out. If your vehicles cannot fit in either the garage or driveway, the property does have outdoor overflow parking. Obsidian is a gated community, located in the center of town, boasting total privacy and security to be away from the crowds, while still being close enough to downtown for shopping, dining and more.
