Chic decorations and finishes.
Property on approx 1 acre.

Lounge at entry has woodfire burner and sofa.
Kitchen includes long bench, modern appliances including coffee machine and microwave.
Dining seats 6 guests.
Living has split system, sofas, Smart Tv with sound bar.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor verandahs located at front and rear of house with outdoor dining, Bbq, day bed and chairs.
Large lawn areas.
Pet friendly - must receive owners permission before you bring your pet !
Note - property is not securely fenced.
House has wifi and lots of off street parking.

Fantastic Stay

The property was exactly what we wanted for a winter long weekend away.Clean, cozy, comfortable and with an open fire.Would stay there again.

Relax and recharge in beautiful surrounds

This property is a lovely three bedroom house with a warm cottage feel. It is freshly painted and decorated in soothing neutral colours. The house has high quality linen and towels, a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable furniture. It also has plenty of outdoor seating. The house is situated on about 2 acres of land with trees screening the property from the roads. You feel like you have your own private park. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge this is the place for you. The property is also well located to the many wineries and cafes that feature in Red Hill. A note for dog owners: The property has post and wire fencing which will keep a larger dog (like ours) contained but it is not secure for smaller dogs.

Beautifully decorated house

We were 3 couples that stayed at Andrews house to attend a wedding at Butterfly up the road. The house met our needs and was beautifully appointed. We found some confusion with the 'check-in' process and seems a lot of parties involved... Stayz, Allocate etc. And other accommodation platforms don't seem to have this 'check-in' process. Some replies to queries were a little slow but we appreciated the consideration of a little earlier check in. A lovely house and area to visit. Thank you
