The dining area has a sliding door to the screened porch and sundeck.  The top floor has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private screened porch and 2 double beds. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.  The ground floor has the foyer and a bedroom, private bath with a tub/shower combination. (Linens and housekeeping service not provided for the loft. Renter assumes all risk when accessing loft area.)
There is extra parking in the parking lot adjacent to the unit.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
