Lovely beach home in N Litchfield on Flagg Lake.

We hope you will enjoy your stay at the beach in our home like we have enjoyed it for years. The house is located in North Litchfield and our favorite part is the porch that overlooks Flagg Lake!
The interior space is cozy with an open living room and sunroom combo where the entire family can gather. The kitchen is just the right size with a table for four plus the dining table for four or more! The master bedroom has a private bath with a step in shower but also there is a full bath with a tub on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious, one with a queen and the other with twins. There is a shared bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms.
Our house is a one block walk or short golf cart ride to multiple beach accesses! The large backyard is great for children or furry friends to play but be on the lookout for alligators that reside in the lake.
The outdoor shower is perfect after a day full of salt and sand at the beach.
Once you stay at Queen's Cottage you will not want to leave!

This property was wonderful. North Litchfield is our destination of choice when looking for a peaceful vacation. The house is ideal. Five minute walk to the beach, clean, quality throughout, easy checkin, easy checkout . Thank you Katie.

Great rental

Great location- a short ride or walk to the beach. The home was very clean, was well supplied, and had a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The host was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful North Litchfield Rental!

We had a lovely time at Katie’s rental. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable, with all of the amenities our family needed. Katie was an excellent host, and send a bunch of helpful information. We loved this house!

Cozy and awesome

What can I say this place is Awesome. Very clean,very cozy and had everything you need and plenty more. My family and I were there for 8 days, I have rented for over 8 years and nothing compares to this place. Perfect location, close to everything. The host well what can I say she responded back within minutes if you had questions like I did, I did not know how to use Air Conditioner she walked me through it, the The Host is top notch and for anyone wanting a great cozy place look no further this place is the Best. I and my family will be back

Lovely Beach Get Away

Perfect location for a beach getaway! Sunrise on the beach made it perfect. Plenty of room to enjoy family and friends! Cocktails on the porch was a fan favorite! This little slice of heaven is also located close to shops and grocery store. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

Awesome home with a comfortable, clean and cozy atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay with the relaxing view out back overlooking the pond. Our German Shepherd, Draco, especially enjoyed watching the Comorants, Egrets and Blue Herons hanging around the pond. Only a short walk from the beach allowed us multiple strolls every day, morning and evening. A very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. The food in the area is wonderful, but the kitchen has plenty of equipment if you want to cook. We look forward to returning next year to enjoy more time in this home.

Peaceful Paradise

Such a great home! Short walk to the beach, very clean, and accommodating to our needs. Quick and responsive with communication and requests. Would stay here again.
