Nestled along the stunning coastline of Santa Barbara, this beachside neighborhood offers a laid-back vibe for residents and visitors alike. Located just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, this area showcases breathtaking views, a sandy beach, and nearby recreational facilities to surf, swim, or sail. Beyond the beach, you're a short stroll away from the harbor, wharf, downtown, and Funk Zone. Wake up with the sun and enjoy breakfast on the beach at Shoreline Cafe, rent a paddleboard at the Harbor, each lunch with locals at Brophys, wine taste in the Funk Zone, select one of the many award-winning restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara for dinner, then end the evening watching the sunset from your private, ocean view balcony.

This spacious three Bedroom, two Bathroom Paradise Retreats home offers views of the coastline and ocean with luxury accommodations. The fully stocked Kitchen moves into the large Dining and Living Room area, all with ocean views. The complex itself offers immense privacy and security with access to the gated, communal rooftop deck, beach staircase access, and communal laundry facilities. Get a taste of the Santa Barbara beach lifestyle!

*There is a road between the property and the beach. This is a middle unit in a building with bottom, middle, and top units.

This was a perfect location situated across from the ocean and within walking distance from the harbor and pier and State Street. The condo was spacious for 6 people and the balcony was nice to sit out and relax and watch and listen to the waves. We loved the rooftop patio for enjoying family dinner with beautiful sunset views. We would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on the sea

Perfect location for views and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Watching the sun rise from the deck was wonderful. Parking is tight

Outstanding stay!

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation weekend. The place was perfect. Lots of seating in living area, comfortable bedrooms and cool ambiance. Everything was easy from check in to included amenities. We relaxed on the balcony often, looking at the beautiful ocean and enjoying the sound of the surf. Restaurants are within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

The location of the property was wonderful, as was the view. The balcony and rooftop area were great. Unfortunately our stay had a few issues. There was serious issue with ants throughout the unit. The host did respond immediately and maintenance did spray. The situation improved, but was not resolved.Three days into our week long stay full scale renovation began on the unit immediately above and the unit beside. Jackhammers, drills, saws and hammers operated 8am to 6pm for the next three days. Deafening noise levels prohibited any activity within the unit. The host was responsive and understanding. but was unable to curtail the construction. We were able to come to a reasonable agreement to reduce our expense. I can only hope future guests can enjoy their vacation experience in peace.

Santa Barbara retreat.

You can’t beat the location or the view. The condo itself needs a deep clean. The rooftop is wonderful. There is a BBQ up there which was not listed as an amenity.

Amazing views

The views were amazing. Fantastic rooftop deck. Good mattresses . Perfect place for a girls weekend. 2nd bathroom shower is very small. Ants. Just a dumbed down Mr Coffee would have been great.

Living furniture was disappointing - seemed a bit worn. No coffee pot but on-site manager supplied one ASAP. Beautiful view and great central location to explore Santa Barbara. Washer & dryer were clean and functional but not in unit.

Perfect Place from which to enjoy Santa Barbara

Our group was 4 college friends enjoying a girls' weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location was great. We had a view of the water from our balcony, and stairs at the edge of the building took us to the crosswalk to the beach. The rooftop space had even better views, comfortable furniture, and a firepit. A short walk beyond the beach was a harbor with a few restaurants including a nice place for coffee and pastries. The complex is older but well maintained and very well landscaped. We could watch hummingbirds feeding from the many flowering plants. The condo had very comfortable bedding with lots of extra towels, blankets, and sheets. Sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the waves was divine. The kitchen was well appointed including a Nespresso maker and a variety of pods. We really appreciated how thoughtfully outfitted this property is.

The ocean view is spectacular. The end unit has windows on 3 sides that allows for exceptional views and nice air flow. The check in was very clear with detailed instructions sent in advance. Ground level unit has a close by parking spot so unloading and loading car was very easy. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with almost every household item that you need. The only item that we would have liked is a K-cup coffee maker. The Mr. Coffee style maker provided wasn’t the best. There are no coffee shops nearby and it would have been nice to make a decent cup of coffee early in the morning. We brought our small dog and there is a small green patch for dogs close to our unit. The building is well maintained, clean and quiet. We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay!
