Had four older guys played in a senior softball tournament. the home was perfect for our needs. well supplied and super clean. Would stay there again. TyTyTy!!!

My son calles it our "2nd Home" kids loved it !!!

Very well furnished. Every thing that we needed and more! Quiet, peacefull location, easy commute to beautiful beaches.... Will stay againg next year !!!!

Good overall

We arrived at night so the property was hard to locate-not anyone’s fault.Outside light didn’t work which made it tricky getting back when we went out at night.We left the garage lights on and that helped.Plenty of towels and plenty of room.

Overall, this property was exactly as advertised! It was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The kitchen had all of the utensils and supplementary elements necessary for meal preparation. Yes, there are a number of levels with stairs to manage in the house; however, that helps to separate the group and provide some privacy. In addition, the Sandridge Golf Course which has 2 separate 18-hole tracks is just minutes away and provides an excellent value for a reasonable cost.

Good house, did the trick but definitely in need of a few updates

Let me premise this review by saying this house worked perfectly for what we needed it too. We stayed for a month since we were working on a construction project for City of Sebastian. Overall the house worked great for us. Close to where we were working, spacious and decent amenities. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Fit a bunch of people in a pinch. However, If you are looking for a luxurious stay this in not the place. Again, I will reiterate that it did the trick for a bunch of guys working all day and coming home to go to bed. However, updates are in need. Master bathroom sink is coming away from the wall and shower handle control is 30 years old and hard to adjust. All bathrooms are dated. Second upstairs bathroom shower was clogged, plumber called cleared the drain and then clogged again. Bathroom fans are so loud. A/C had some issues and several days we returned to a warm house. Changed the batteries on the thermostat, but still found that holding the temp was a challenge at night. Areas of paint are falling off the ceiling. Multiple pieces of trim on the stairs and heading to the patio fell off or are soft. Screws were sticking up on the patio. Oven had to be turned all the way up to fully heat up meals as the set temp would not provide the right heat. No toaster oven. There is a carpet outside the lower level sliding doors that has to be removed. Completely full of black mold.
