Check out our video tour! It's just steps from your private balcony to your boat and the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean! Travertine floors, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan make for a welcoming entry to your villa. Each guest is ensured their privacy and comfort with Villa 116 boasting four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Just outside the living area and Master Bedroom is a private balcony with a view of the Mariner's Club Marina. Mornings are best spent here watching the sun rise over the serene waters of the Atlantic Ocean with coffee in-hand. This villa features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances as well as Keurig and standard coffee makers. The Master Bedroom hosts a large walk-in restroom which contains an oversized tub and Travertine tile shower.




No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Additional costs apply.

Family enjoyed the large pool, gym and the ping pong table inside the unit. Beds were comfortable and unit was spacious for my party of five.

No complaints!

Gated community. Ground floor overlooking the marina, and the waters beyond. I especially enjoyed the balcony doors all sliding to one side to better enjoy the breeze coming in (had to turn off the A/C, for good reason). We appreciated various amenities in the unit (washer/dryer, ping-pong table, larger dining room table, fully equipped kitchen), as well as the property pools. Rules are pretty strict, but that allows for everyone on property to have a more enjoyable/peaceful experience with their stay.My wife and I will be planning to come back to the keys in the next few years for a longer trip. I will definitely be considering this location for the next time.

Ice machine

The condo was nice and convenient. However there were a few things that needed repair or replace. Mainly it was the ice machine in the refrigerator. It wasn’t working and never did. I called the agent upon our arrival to let them know about the ice machine and a few other things. They wanted to sent a repair person when no one would be at the condo. Myself and my family weren’t comfortable doing that. So arrangements were made that someone would come in the morning; no one came. For the remainder of our stay we had to keep going out to buy ice.

Great Location, But Major Issues Disrupted Our Stay

We stayed at this property for a one-week: four adults and five children ages 5 to 7. Positives: The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, with plenty of towels and plastic cups, Great location—quiet and close to the smaller heated pool.Problems: The AC on the side with three bedrooms was broken upon arrival, leading to two nights in 87 heat, miserable for everyone, especially the kids. A new unit was installed on day two, but it took all day, forcing us to vacate. The new unit then leaked water, which we had to clean up multiple times, and it still didn’t work that night.The listing mentioned three tubs, but only one worked. The soaker tub didn’t run water, and another was missing the toggle to switch from shower to bath. We had to bathe all five kids in a single tub all week. A running toilet also required us to turn off the water each night because the noise kept us awake. When I complained about the bathtub problem, I was told that there are two hot tubs on the property. That response felt out of touch and completely unreasonable for our needs.The manager refused to use the VRBO app, opting to call and text directly. This felt unprofessional and left us uneasy about the lack of transparency.We spent hours dealing with repairs and cleanups—time that should have been spent enjoying our trip.A one-night refund didn’t come close to covering the disruption we experienced. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision

This is our second time staying at Mariners Club. The unit was in a very good location and convenient to the heated pool and grotto hot tub. My main reason for my low rating for the unit comes in two main factors. 1) the operating condition of the unit and 2) the lack of responsiveness from the management company (Keys Caribbean). Keys Caribbean did not respond to any of my emails prior to the start of the rental period. That should have been an indicator of things to come. I waited 6 weeks to post this review in hope that I would receive my refund as promised. No such luck.Positives:1.Location2.Resort amenities Negatives:1.Primary suite spa tub not functioning – no water (I see from an April 2025 review that the problem existed ,but never fixed or noted on the listing)2.Only one of three bathtubs functioning. One of the bathtub/showers was missing the diverter to switch water from the shower head to the tub faucet. This problem was reported in a March 2025 review.3.Ice maker was not working. This was reported in a March 2025 review.4.Lights in the refrigerator not working. 5.The electric BBQ couldn’t be used because the only GFI outlet on the exterior would trip whenever the BBQ was turned on.6.The floors weren’t clean and when barefoot would leave our feet black.7.Responsiveness for the management company.I would recommend staying away from any rental that Keys Caribbean manages because of their ineptitude and business practices.
