Relax in Buderim - water views

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful 4 bedroom house, centrally located in Buderim. Stunning coastal views seen from all living areas. Our contemporary house is split level, which give a very spacious layout and space for all the family. Located only 10 minutes drive to Mooloolaba it's close enough for easy trips to the beach, but far enough away from the hussle and bussle. The highway is 10 minutes to the west and a quick drive up the coast to Noosa, or south to Brisbane, making this the perfect location for your next holiday.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with TRUVI, the leading vacation rental guest screening provider.
PLEASE NOTE that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through TRUVI.
You will also be required to choose between a security deposit or a waiver. If a security deposit is chosen, there is a small non-refundable administration fee attached. The security deposit is refunded after checkout. If the waiver is chosen, there is no refund.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy. So please - no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony, or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.

All bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.

Lastly we will also need you to agree to our house rules.

No inside pets (fees apply if evidence of pets are found to have been inside).
