Great place. Accommodations easily fit our large group, and the kitchen worked out great for all our meals. Easy check in and check out process. Also responsive throughout the process.

Good location cross the street to beach. Online pictures shows just remodeling . But it’s not. Also Couple things are not working .

Great Family Getaway

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday with 35 in attendance. The accommodation was awesome. Everyone with private baths, rooms to accommodate the youngsters and great space for being together. We would return here for time with family that also gives folks spaces to be away.

Location and Property Mgmt Company Were Great. The property itself was looking a little worn down (appliances broken, Hot Tub not Heating, Walls Knicked Up, Floor Paneling Coming Up, Bathrooms showing wear).

Family vacay

There were 18 adults and 6 children aged 8 months to 7 years old. This house had so many rooms to pick from to accomodate our family and all with bathrooms! It is a really easy walk across the street to get to the beach, too. There are 4 washing machines and dryers that worked great to keep up with laundry. The kitchen had 3 refrigerators so no problem with food storage. The property management company was very responsive to anything we needed! Would definitely stay there again.

Their communication was great, beds were comfortable...could easily have slept 30+ people if you don't mind sharing a room. The location was great. It was ideal for a big golfing group.

Everyone and I party really enjoyed it. At one point we had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Ann and reported it. And within five minutes there was someone there to repair it. Thank you Together Resort. For making my parents anniversary and my best friends birthday a complete success.

Close call with one of the kids. That should never had been like that. It's hard to believe that something like that is not repaired right away. Over all we had a great reunion.

Annual Family Vacation

The theater room was awesome with plenty of seating. The kitchen was perfect. There are 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 2 stoves and 2 microwaves. There is a commercial ice maker which kept up with our ice needs very nicely. The pool and outside seating was beautiful and it was a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. There is plenty of shopping close by. We would definitely recommend this house to friends. The only thing that it could use is some drawer space for clothes in the bedrooms. Otherwise this was a perfect home in a great location. And the elevator was a great ammenity!! It is very clean and well maintained. Overall....terrific!!

Family vacation

We just spent the week with my extended family. Overall we liked this house. The location is amazing-1&1/2 blocks to the beach access, 3 short blocks to town. The pool & hot tub were great & the pool area had 2 tables, a variety of chairs & 3 loungers. The house itself is large. The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful but tiny & there is almost no storage space in either with no closets -just 2 floating shelves and a bar on the wall in most bedrooms. The tiny shower stalls have a weird shelf inside that are slanted down so any shampoo etc you try to keep on the shelf will immediately roll off. These are not bedrooms or bathrooms for large people. There is one larger bedroom which my elderly mother stayed in which is handicapped accessible with grab bars around the toilet, but no grab bars inside the actual shower area. This presented a major fall risk. The kitchen has tons of plates & bowls but Empty knife blocks & Only 2 knives. Maybe 20 small coffee cups, not nearly enough for a large group. The large table in the kitchen was great and my family enjoyed the pool table. The biggest issue we had with the home was the weak, unsecured wi-fi. We had 4 members who were working remotely and had major problems with connectivity. Even at night when we were streaming a Netflix movie in the theater room & no one else was on the work-fi it kept buffering. 7 parking spots under the house are great & the elevator worked most of the time. Overall I would recommend

Would Recommend with Some Improvements

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall booking experience was relatively easy, everyone who I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I was appalled to find out the evening before my family arrived from all parts of the country, there was no Wi-Fi and no internet. Several calls later and many finger points later we had Spectrum in and out of the home the 1st day fixing the wifi and getting the tvs set up. This was something that should have been done prior to our visit. We went with the punches because we were already there. Then the next morning, the carbon monoxide detector went off, turns out there was a major malfunction with one of the stoves, again tradesmen were in the home attempting to fix the issue and finally Mrs. Randy found resolution. There was obviously several punch list items in the home that needed to be finished , blotches in the walls, cables hanging out when you first come in, unfinished flooring when you entered and a very sensitive elevator that had people trapped multiple times throughout the stay. Their was a argument over parking spaces which could simply be resolved by painting and A or B in front of the parking spaces under the building so it does not have to b an issue. The tv in the theater room had a crack in the right hand side, causing a black screen to form, making the tv difficult to watch. The overall trip was good because you are with family, Mrs Randy was awesome and came everytime we called. I just wished things had been a little bit more prepared and polished before we arrived so we did not have deal with problems being resolved during our stay. There is potential for greatness, just some missteps along the way, honestly if it was not for the kindness and consideration Mrs. Randy showed, I probably would never recommend or stay here again based on my first impressions. You have to not allow people to drop the ball when people are spending this type of money and not being able to speak with someone but a receptionist every time was frustrating.

College Retreat

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at two separate beach houses for our Mens/ Women's college retreat. A few of our guests who stayed in the 8+ people rooms complained about the heat in those rooms. But other than that there was ample space and not big issues. The only thing we would change is providing more trash bags. We stayed for 2 nights and needed to purchase more trash bags at the convenience store. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend close to the beach at luxury beach houses.
