Lovely rural property, complete with a working chook house - yes farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Self Contained Cottage has a fenced in area to keep pets safe. Sit on the large covered verandah and watch the wild life go by which includes Rabbits and many types of native birds, or step out side the fenced in area for a lovely tree swing. Only 12 minutes from Bendigo CBD, less to Bendigo pottery, or various short drives to wonderful haunts like Colbinabbin Silo Art, Echua, Heathcote, Bridgewater, Castlemaine, Maldon, Reasdale & Axedale.

Generous apportioned cabin, which can sleep up to 4, Separate Bedroom with Queen Bed, Separate Bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and family room complete with a sofa bed, full cooking facilities, continental Brecky offered upon request. Condiments supplied include Coffee. Tea, sugar, oil for cooking, salt and pepper and limit Spices.

Walking distance from Huntly Hotel providing smoke house and traditional pub meals, Award winning George's Bakery, Take away Gourmet burgers El Gordo's, a friendly LGA supermarket, hairdresser and Laundromat.

A hidden gem in Bendigo. Great place to stay for a stop over on our road trip from Adelaide to Bright. Comfortable bed, fully fenced yard for our little dachshund and breakfast provisions supplied. Our second visit and will hopefully be back next year.

The property was very clean and had a fenced yard and deck so our dog was safe and secure the cabin was private and was very well equipped The hosts had supplied us with fresh milk , bread and eggs from their hensThe bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again if travelling in the area

Mitch and Meagan live in the main house on the property, the cottage is totally separated. We love the area as it is close to some very interesting historical towns. We can often be found in the many detecting areas close by, hunting for the elusive nuggets.

Great quite country area, short distance from lots of historical towns, lots of areas to go gold detecting and second hand shops.

We have Gold panning equipment for hire at no charge and can recommend some places close by.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The cottage is located on a 1/2 acre - totally fenced in area - pets and Children welcome. There is also a smaller fenced in area around the cottage. - you have your own space totally detached from the main residence.

The cottage is accessed via a private drive way - with plenty of parking space, feel free to bring along your boat or Caravan to be parked free of charge during your stay.

Working Chook House, Kids are welcome to collect the eggs and interact with the chooks.
