Cabuya is a villa with an exceptional beachfront location in the secure, gated community of Blue Cay Estate, on the northeastern tip of Providenciales. Verdant lawns, swaying palm trees, nearby mangroves full of birds species, outdoor decks with chaise longues, and, of course, the white sand and blue sea are just some of the attractions of this setting.



Featuring attractive minimalist designs and spacious layouts, the six bedrooms can accommodate 10 adults and four children in comfort and style.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a selection of bathroom amenities, air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The two master bedrooms offer stunning views over beach and water, alfresco rain showers, dual vanities and much more.

The kids in the group will enjoy their own room with two twin-size bunk beds. And a couple wanting more privacy can take a separate bedroom in a guest house, with its own kitchenette.

To take full advantage of the sun, breezes and views, CABUYA offers soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open-concept design that merges indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Cardio equipment is available for your use including a Peloton bike, or relax in the media room watching a movie on a large, flatscreen smart TV. The open-concept living room is arranged with its comfortable couches and chairs to make socializing easy while enjoying the stunning sea views.



The Exterior

The 7,500-square-foot-villa is all about enabling guests to enjoy its great location, with an infinity pool oriented to the sea view, a surrounding deck with chaise longues, a gourmet kitchen that opens to an alfresco dining area, and a deck with firepit surrounded by comfortable seating.

There’s also a private dock, where the villa concierge can arrange for a boat trip to explore neighboring cays. Go swimming or snorkeling from the beach, using different kinds of watersports equipment. Or hop in a sea kayak and explore the nearby mangroves, full of different bird species and aquatic life.

Chef Eka, an in-house chef at Cabuya and he continues to elevate the dining experience at the villa with his distinct Indonesian-influenced cuisine. His mastery and warmth in the kitchen have made him a guest favorite.
