Set in a stunning period block on a quaint street, the home is situated directly opposite Toorak Parklands. It is extremely proximate to transport (Toorak station and the 72 Tram) and one of Melbourne’s best shopping and culinary precincts.
With polished concrete floors, this property offers two large bedrooms, a vast central designer bathroom, study space, and separate laundry. This space includes the highest quality finishes, such as European appliances and a built-in refrigerator, the luxury of having each room dressed with the highest quality designer furniture.
