Located in the most sort after first 6 Star suburb in ACT, this Guest room features fully furnished kitchen, Very large bathroom, Soft Queen Bed, heating/cooling, Private Entry and exit, free parking, high speed wifi, 25 minutes straight drive to Airport, 15m to City, 8 min Belconnen Westfield, As this guest suite is part of a large family home, a bedroom is above the guest room. There might be possible slight foot step sound from home owners. The house has been well sound proof but as you know, can never be 100%.

Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old would have the strength to do that kind of damage.

Expectations were poorly set. This is an upmarket, self-contained, ground-floor, separate-entrance apartment in a quality new family home. Early and late, children running and screaming overhead and outside can be heard. While it was no great bother, it reminded me of home; guests should be forewarned.

There were children running around upstairs all night and 6am in the morning.

The stay way one of the worst nights. There were children upstairs running around and in the morning at 6am after we went to Cold Chisel concert and were tired.

Beautifully presented. Clean with all things included for a nice stay. Air con, washing machine, jug stove/oven, dishwasher, tv, comfortable bed, fridge/freezer, nice bathroom with pull down shower. In a quiet street. Coffee bags and tea bags. If I had any complaint at all it would be there was no milk portions or coffee whitener. That’s incidental. Nice landlord. We will book again with no hesitation

5min to kippax shops.

Please NOTE: this suite is part of a large family home but seperate with no interactions. Foot step and conversations noise from kids might be heard. Soundproofing in place but can never be 100%
