Braddon appartment with secure parking

Lovely property in a very convenient area with easy walk to restaurants and all Braddon has to offer. Underground parking a bonus. Leave your car and walk everywhere!

Provenance

This is a well-located, spotless property with good amenities - everything we needed. It's very close to Canberra Centre for shopping and the Museum of Canberra, and a reasonable walk from Lonsdale Street for a wide range of eateries and very good coffee.

We had a few hiccups finding the property and parking, but the owner was wonderful, helpful and very communicative. The unit was in a great location, so close to everything, shops, restaurants, theatres....fabulous.

Great Location

Clean, location accessible to the city centre, & within walking distance to many tourist spots. Disappointed host did not follow through on the TV not working. On our arrival, washing had been left in the machine & also the dryer. Hopefully these issues will not happen again.

Misleading advertising - not a two bedroom apartment

Misleading advertising - not a two bedroom apartment as advertised - only a single bedroom. Also, the second bed was a very uncomfortable sofa-bed. No contact number to call the owner. Inaccurate and confusing instructions for the parking spot - provided card did not work for the parking entry door. Stained pillows but covers were clean. Questionable device/speaker above main bed. Non-functioning intercom... Location was great if you don't mind the above. Apartment advertisement changed from two to single bedder while we stayed (have screenshots of the original advertisement).

Canberra Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well presented, suits two people comfortably. Top location close to the shops and restaurants and a number of Canberra’s attractions. The parking was handy.

Convenient location

Easy to access with the car, central to all sightseeing and tons of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Will stay again.
