Cozy All-Season Family Cottage in Balm Beach!

Welcome to our Cozy Balm Beach Cottage, just a short 5 minute walk to the nearby sandy beaches. Recently renovated for a family friendly getaway. The main cottage has 3 bedrooms and there’s also a seasonal “bunkie” (equipped with a desk, TV & mini fridge) available during the summer months.

We do mandate a week long reservation in the summer and check in from 3pm and check out at 11am.

- Ample parking available (3 in driveway, 2 parking passes available inside the cottage for renters to utilize)
- Brand new furnace, kitchen & washroom, flooring, windows, completely refinished
- TV/DVD player with Google Chromecast
- WiFi
- Brand new washing machine and dryer

*Please bring your own sheets for the beds you plan on using (fitted, top sheet and pillowcases)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage and property. We ask that you leave the cottage as you found it, neat and tidy and clean for the next people to enjoy their stay.

Other things to note
Our cottage is nestled in a beautiful community where people live year round. We are asking for guests to please respect our neighbours and to consider noise levels late at night. This is a family cottage and we would respectfully like it to be treated as such :) This cottage is not for any sort of partying or large gatherings.
Snowmobilers and ice fisherman, we welcome you too, as our cottage has a newly installed furnace, making it a 4 season getaway.
The cottage is located a short 10 minute drive away from the town of Midland and within walking distance to the Balm Beach Smokehouse (restaurant that is open all season) amongst others.
Please absolutely NO smoking and NO pets in the cottage or the bunkie.
