Spectacular views, charming cottage | Pinnaroo

Pinnaroo, built in the 1920s, is one of the last original houses in the street. A loving restoration has made it into a peaceful, romantic get away space. Full of charm and character, it is superbly located just five minutes from the City Centre, and within walking distance of the iconic Binnalup/Middleton Beach and its niche cafes and shops.
Enjoy the winter sun in the north-facing sunroom watching whales in the Sound, or be refreshed by cooling summer evening breezes.
Pinnaroo awaits you!

The space:
Pinnaroo has had a recent renovation. We have modernised the building while retaining its charm and sense of history. It consists of a bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with toilet, a large living room, with a sofa bed for additional accommodation, dining room and kitchen. There is an enclosed verandah facing north at the front of the house with views towards the Pororongrups, and overlooking Eyre Park, Middleton Beach and King George Sound.

Guests will occupy the entire cottage.

Excellent stay at Middleton Beach

Thank you for an incredible stay! The house is beautifully styled, recently renovated and located a 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts are wonderful and we had a fantastic stay in Albany. Highly recommended!

A Perfect Combination

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinnaroo! This place is the perfect combination of cosy comfort with the living areas and up-to-date contemporary with the bathroom and kitchen area. The view is awesome from the front room making it the ideal place to sit back and read a selection from the hundreds of books on shelves throughout the house. Brilliant and highly recommended. Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!

Pinnaroo

We recently stayed in Marks home Pinnaroo on our visit to Albany from Queensland. The house itself is very old but a pretty good representation of the pictures online. It was in a lovely position at Middleton beach on an extremely quiet street and provided a pleasant place for us to return to after being out all day. The bed was comfortable, the house adequately supplied with probably everything most traveler’s would need and the bathroom was lovely and clean with beautiful hot water in the shower. Mark himself was polite and helpful in all our communication and also left us a very substantial amount of goodies upon check in. Would be happy to stay again. Thanks Mark
