Welcome to this upscale and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom end-unit condo located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sunsets on the private wrap around balcony with stunning 1st floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Sound (Inter-coastal Waterway). There is a large swimming pool and hot tub.

This elegant beach front condo features a King bed in the master bedroom with full bathroom and large jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom with attached full bathroom. The large third bedroom has its own balcony, equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom, 1 Queen bed and a single over single size Bunk Bed (accommodates children 13 and under)This unit has a well-equipped kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer.

Sleeps 8 adults, 2 children

Just a short walk takes you to the Pier for some fishing, local restaurants including Juanas/Sailers Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D’S-Restaurant. Great food and great service!

Navarre Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the length of Gulf Blvd to Pensacola Beach. Along with enjoying Navarre’s top-rated beaches, be sure to check out our many local restaurants and gift shops, longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Need some retail therapy? Great Shopping can be found on Pensacola Beach Boardwalk or thirty miles away to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village and Grand Boulevard. A short drive to Pensacola you can view the famous light house or the Naval Museum.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your Vacation by the Beach! We have beach chairs, beach toys for your family to enjoy.

Perfect

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the weather was perfect. The condo was in a perfect location and was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very out of date but useable. Overall it was very spacious for our family of six and would stay here again.

Great stay - would recommend

We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone fit comfortably and we had plenty of room. The view was beautiful. There is a walkway to the beach right off the pool area and the room is stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. The pool is just below the room but there was no noise we could hear from the room. The pool is 4 1/2 feet at its deepest. The only downfalls were that the king bed is very, very firm and the water pressure in that shower is very poor. The other bathrooms and beds were fine. Be sure to eat at Emerald Waterfront in Navarre and Crabs in Pensacola. Both had great food and service.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed having a second refrigerator and they both worked well. The oven definitely would benefit from an updrade. Great location

We had a wonderful time with family! The accommodations and space were perfect! It was right in the beach and close to so much! My only wishes would be that the owners have the plumbing system checked out. The water pressure is so weak and doesn’t come out hot in all bathrooms. If you flush a toilet, this significantly impacts pressure. When you are at the beach full of sand, water pressure is critical! Otherwise place is great!

Great condo, quieter beach, family friendly

Property is clean. Nice layout. Large rooms. Plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Great views from balcony and large windows throughout condo. Easy access to beach...white sand and clean. Limited businesses on this strip of land is a plus if you are looking for a quieter beach. Near the pier. Near sand volleyball courts. Grocery store, fast foods, etc., are under 2 miles away across the bridge. You can see sunrises over the Gulf and sunsets over the backwater. Pool area with 2 hot tubs is clean and a nice bonus. Vacationed in Mid-March with 5 of my kids ranging in age from 15-23. I would stay here again.

Love Navarre and the Caribbean Resort but the Sunshine Daydream condo needs some serious kitchen and air renovations in the middle bedroom (room was like a sauna). The cabinets in the kitchen didn't all close and the knobs would fall off every time you tried to open them, refrigerator did not have any shelves in the door, they were just gone. I know they will say that there is another fridge in the lockout room but who wants to walk in and out of someone's room. Washer was full of mold and the dryer made a loud noise the whole time it was on. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes either. I know all of this sounds petty but it was all very disappointing. We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort probably 6-7 times and the other units were always above par. The repair people did come 3 different times to look at our concerns and were very nice but there was nothing they could do except change a shower head for the master bedroom. We will not be staying at Sunshine Daydream again.

Best Location!!

Our stay at Sunshine Daydream was very nice. If you are only concerned about location and cleanliness read no further, this is the place to stay! I am going to say a few things about the property but they are only my opinion and preference so please keep this in mind. We had to contact the owner of the condo a few times and his response time was spot on and he was very helpful with very thing. The bed in the "master suit" is extremely firm so firm that I could not get comfortable so I spent a night on the couch and 2 nights in another room before our friends arrived. The 2 queen/dbl beds in the 2nd bedroom are extremely soft and the room with the queen bed (very soft) and bunks (very firm). So I felt a little like Goldie Locks going from one bed to the next.... The shower in the master bath was great the tub is huge and although it had jets/whirlpool I did not take advantage of them so I can't speak on them. The shower attached to the room with 2 queen beds was not so good the pressure was terrible and the temp was barely warm. The shower attached to the room with bunks worked great and temp was consistent. The fridge in the main kitchen has had some wear and tear but served it's purposes. We were very glad to have another fridge in the other room for ice and extra space. So over all this is a great place to stay and that is why I gave it such a high rating. I think the "issues" we had were minor and the owner responded so quickly he made it a great stay!!
