The right vacation home is everything, and we're sorry to hear this one didn’t meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We were glad to assist during your stay and walked you through how to use the stovetop when you reached out. We also confirmed that all burners were working properly at that time.- The ice cream and snacks in the freezer were meant as welcome gifts, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t clear. We’ll make sure to communicate that better going forward.- While we don’t currently stock wine glasses, and understand how that may have been inconvenient, we do stock a variety of other glassware for guest use.- The barstools shown in the listing have since been replaced.- We’re taking a closer look at our kitchen setup to make sure it better supports all types of meal prep, especially for guests with dietary needs.We appreciate your feedback and are continuing to make thoughtful updates so future guests have the best possible experience.
