- Spacious house in reasonably quiet area with great attractions nearby including Jamberoo Action Park & Shellharbour Marina.
- 5 min drive to beach.
- Bus & train station very short walking distance.
- Many shops in walking distance.
- Light breakfast & snacks (cereal/toast/spreads/tea/coffee pods/milk/biscuits).
- Large bathroom with soaps/shampoo provided.
- TV’s with Netflix registered in the front & back living rooms.
- Second toilet available in the laundry.
- For BBQ use please contact host.
- Wheelchair access through entrance at rear.

There is a base rate for 2 people & $25 every extra guest to a maximum of 6 in household. Babies/toddlers 3 years or younger no need to add as an extra guest.

Although the house is non smoking there is a small undercover smoking/seating area with ash tray available outside.

One time code to lockbox next to letterbox available from texting (preferred) or calling host on the day of your stay. Ev charging is available via outdoor power outlet. A flat fee of $30 applies per charge, regardless of usage. EV charging is not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorised use will incur fees.

A very well kept and maintained home. Beautifully presented and welcomes guest with complimentary food. Plenty of things to spend your time indoor for all range of age. Situated near to train station and shopping complex. A home away from home!

A home away from home

I stayed at this beautiful house with a group of friends to attend a function nearby. From the moment I booked to the departure I was extremely impressed with the host’s accommodations. Beautifully decorated home that truly felt like a home away from home. The host has thought of everything from the beautiful fresh citrus scent you get wafting past you as you walk in the door, to the assortment of condiments provided and breakfast bar so beautifully presented. Immaculately clean. We were quite content to just skip our birthday engagement and just stay in and enjoy the accomodation. Will definitely be booking our next stay here again and will happily recommend this place to friends and family.

This home is beautifully decorated and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The welcome treats were such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.Everything was so well provided for, from the fully stocked kitchen to the generous toiletries. We really appreciated all the little details that made our stay so comfortable.
