As a guest I am super clean, respectful and will treat your property as if it were my own. In the unlikely event something does break or go wrong I will notify you ASAP, as a host I would appreciate the same courtesy.

I looked to buy a place that had all the modern conveniences, including super fast internet, so that people could have a sea change break and or take a work from home (away) holiday. I spent more on setup than most hosts and created the kind of place I want to holiday in. Great super comfortable beds with quality linen, nice furniture, glassware, cooking equipment and million dollar views!

Kiama itself is a gorgeous little seaside town with beaches, restaurants, cafe's, scenic walks, clubs and pubs as well as the blow holes and nearby golf courses.
It has won NSW tourist town of the year three years in a row 2024,2025 and again in 2026!

* 10 minute walk to beach, 15 min walk to cafes, restaurants and town
* 5 minute walk to the train station. Single train straight to Central ~2 hour trip. Circa 2 hours train to the airport too
*There are also two large flight of stairs to be aware of. The house won’t suit people with mobility issues or children that are not stair safe.
