Great Remtal!

Great location to host my and friends and I. Purpose of trip was to golf. The course is right across the road and a short drive. Also visited other quality golf courses in the area. Highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation!

Great home for all our family to stay for a week. 7 of us total, 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room for us all. Supplies were spot on…house was clean…and air conditioning was SPECTACULAR!!! Even had questions about where things were located, and property owner responded immediately, and even called me when it seemed too much to text me back.

It's ok

Our stay was two nights, the neighborhood is very quiet. The only thing is that I would pay a little more if I were not in charge of throwing out the trash. We have to take it and throw it away and pay for that service and the last thing is that there was no coffe and they need to renew their coffee maker.

Hi Abigail, thank you for sharing your feedback. Garbage service is limited in the subdivision, so guests are asked to either take trash with them or dispose of it at the nearby facility located just half a mile down the road. While these details are outlined in the House Rules, we do provide garbage bags for convenience. Leaving trash outside can attract wildlife and lead to disturbances on the property, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Check in was easy and communication with host was great when letting them know we were arriving a little later than expected. Home suited our needs for our short stay and had what we needed. The house was clean and had plenty of sleep arrangements, games and tv access for the kids to enjoy their downtime. Thanks for hosting us. Upon our departure we were just unsure as to where to take our trash but we figured soemthing out. I do recommend maybe a mapped picture from the house with a star as to where the dump is located. Maybe we missed that info somehow. We know it said dump opened at 10am which is exactly check out time. It would be nice if check out was 11 so we had time to find it without having to pack the trash with our luggage and food to take home as well as having a car full of people. We didnt get a chance to take in community amenities (at extra costs), as we had other day trips planned but they sounded nice if our day trips didnt work out. Overall would recommend as a nice spot to stay, just a 30 min drive to torch lake, and hour drive to petosky state park/beach. Thanks for letting us stay!
