Another excellent stay!

We’ve stayed in this condo building several times and this was our favorite unit so far. Updated, clean, and had all the essentials. We love this location, it’s a short drive or walk to some of our favorite places. We will be back!

This rental was so well equipped. It had all modern appliances and was very roomy as well. Beautifully decorated. It came well stocked with linens and plenty of towels. Would stay again and highly recommend!!!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. I would have given it higher ratings except for check-in issues and lack of response from host. We arrived an hour early, so we emailed ahead to see if we could go ahead and check-in. The email provided came back undeliverable. So, I called the number provided and left a message. We gave up and went to dinner and returned after our check-in time. The instructions said to go up a stairway, but there was no stairway to be found. I called the number again, and left another message. Finally, we realized that the stairway was located on the backside of the building (that tidbit of info in the check-in instructions would have been greatly helpful). Once we got in the condo, it was fine. Never heard back from the host after leaving two messages. Small issues in condo…master bed’s box springs lays on the floor, which causes the mattress on top to be real low. Not a problem for me due to the fact that I am short, but would be difficult for elderly person to get in and out of bed. Mattress was comfortable, however. Other Queen bed was fine and did not have this issue. Needed lamp in den…only had overhead lights. TV remote that controls volume was missing in master bedroom. The water in master bathroom sink only runs warm, no matter which faucet is used. These condo issues were small, and not enough to keep me from returning. But a valid contact email and the absent response from messages to the host leaves me concerned about using Evolve again to book any property. I’m not sure what would have happened if we had a more severe problem (ie. Entry code not working, plumbing or air issues, etc.). If you book this property, just make sure you have contact with someone before you go, in case you have problems upon arrival. Condo was one of cleanest I have ever booked. Only a short walk down the road to the beach. Very convenient and quiet location.

After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to clarify the following: - We strive to be responsive before, during, and after each stay, but we didn’t receive any emails or voicemails from you. For the fastest assistance, we always recommend reaching out to the Guest Contact directly, as they are best equipped to help in real-time. - The stairway to the condo is at the front of the building. While guests typically find it easily, we’ll review the check-in details to ensure they’re as clear as possible. - The water temperature has been checked and is working as expected. - There is one remote for each of the TVs and they control everything. It’s great to hear the condo was one of the cleanest you’ve stayed in and that you enjoyed the location.
