What a wonderful experience! The property was exactly as described, and super clean. The communication from the host was top-notch throughout our stay. Absolutely fantastic accommodation for our large family, and close to the boardwalk/beach made everything convenient.

This condo is beautiful but all 4 of us that stayed there got sick so I really think they need to take a good look at their cleaning company in which they use.

Our family has been going to OC MD for close to 40 years... Our townhome was very clean & well appointed... We were surprised with the relative quietness of the house... considering the proximity to the main highway.... It was easy access to the beach & bay and to get in and out of town via Rte. 50.... Would highly recommend for your family..... Thomas

Location was great, a short walk to the boardwalk. The unit is on the 3rd floor, which was not an issue for us, but just know this when booking. The walls are paper-thin, so everything outside could be heard... EVERYTHING! That was the worst part of the trip. Ocean City has a noise ordinance that begins at 12am, but it doesn't help when your 4 kids are in bed by 9pm! If you're looking for a quieter experience where you can sleep through the night, this location is not it. Between parties, fire trucks, EMS vehicles, and trash trucks, you will be woken up multiple times per night. Otherwise, the place itself is nice and fit our group of 7 just fine!

Great location - updated living space

We had a great time - easy walk to boardwalk attractions. The property manager was very responsive when we had a brief issue with the thermostat.

Day 1: Upon arrival, I needed to use the bathroom and discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere in the condo. I had to use a tissue from my purse. We also found fingerprints on the refrigerator and sliding glass door. There were bags of dirty towels left on the floor in the foyer. More concerning, the sheets on the beds in every room had sand on them, and there was a stain on one of the comforters. Because of the condition of the linens, we ended up washing all of the bedding ourselves.I immediately took a video documenting the condition and messaged the host. The response was simply an apology.Day 2: The next morning, I contacted the host again to explain that we had purchased basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. Amy responded a welcome bag was left. I was sent a photograph supposedly showing that an inspector had left it. I explained there was no bag and that the photograph did not reflect what we found upon arrival.Amy then instructed me to leave the soiled linens outside the door so someone could pick them up and bring the welcome bag. Neither happened.Day 3: I followed up again regarding the welcome bag and got frustrated with the back and forth. The kitchen utensils had what appeared to be brown rust or staining on the grey spoons and spatulas so we purchased our own. The two queen bedrooms are quite tight, and the beds and furniture throughout felt low quality. The sofa is low and uncomfortable. These issues significantly detracted from the experience.

Overall the house was nice. Rooms were a little tight with 2 beds, but overall we would stay here again. We had a small issue the first day but the host was very responsive.
