This was a beautiful property. Very clean when we checked in . Only issue was there were no carts for our luggage so we made multiple trips to the unit. Once we got settled in it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again!!

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. Beautiful view of the bay . Quiet and peaceful. Great location. Walkiing distance to boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend.

Awesome location!!! Beautiful penthouse!

We loved staying at this penthouse! Larry was great and kept in touch! His place is absolutely beautiful! You are so close to the beach and boardwalk! We had a great time!

My family used to come to this particular complex for vacation every year when I was a child, so we were excited to come back 10 years later! Our stay was perfect and our host was kind and communicative. Check in was easy. Nothing beats the views from this place! We can’t wait to return next year!

Gorgeous

Our recent stay was more than we expected. The photos do not do this place justice. The size of the condo was much larger than the photos looked. The views and sunsets are stunning. My family had a great time with the location in the middle of everything we did not have to drive anywhere.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly as the toilets were dirty and the floors were dirty. It would have been nice to have a cart that we could put our stuff on to bring to and from the spartment. The view of the bay was beautiful and the location was good to get to the beach.

Great stay

excellent property, top floor with awesome view of bay and marina, 10-minute walk to the boardwalk. Quite area, parking was easy, spacious condo. excellent condition, well maintained Would stay again.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were told the condo was clean and we could check in early, but when we arrived it was not clean (we arrived an hour early), so called Larry to tell him and let him know fire alarm was going off, and went to the boardwalk for an hour. It was clean when we came back, but fire alarm was still going (they left us batteries). Other than that It was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view!!!

Boardwalk Rock Festival

The Condo was exactly as described super clean and close to downtown and the beach. Larry made everything super clear and the entire process was seamless. The deck is like another room with an amazing view.

Beautiful Bayfront condo

We came to OC for my 70th BD and found this lovely VRBO in the same building my parents used to own in 50 years ago! Such a walk down memory lane! The condo was clean and has an amazing view of the Bay. It's a short 4 blocks to the boardwalk and all the old "haunts". Great time! Thanks for letting us stay here!
