Destin Condo on the Beach, Fantastic View!

This fine Emerald Towers unit has a causal coastal décor that is both comfortable and accommodating. We have recently upgraded the floors, bedrooms, and opened up the kitchen. You will surely enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from a private twelfth floor balcony. The kitchen has full size appliances, as well as everything needed to make home cooked meals. The living room is well appointed with a sleeper sofa, a loveseat and oversized chair. The dining area has an upscale glass top dining table for four, and a nice separate bar area to prepare your favorite cocktails. The master bedroom offers a king bed with designer bedding, upscale furniture, a TV, and access to the Gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, nice furnishings, a TV. For convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Please make sure the provided parking passes are clearly displayed as well as completely filled out to avoid any fines from the HOA. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Great Beach Getaway

Enjoyed our week in Destin. Clean and comfortable condo with a million dollar view! I wish it were walking distance to more eateries and activities, however.

Beautiful!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice condo! It had everything you needed plus the washer & dryer was such a nice bonus! The view from our balcony of the white & beautiful Emerald coast was absolutely stunning!! We highly recommend this place!!

Batteries Recharged

We love coming to this beautiful beach to recharge and relax! Condo was perfect with easy access to the beach! Owner was quick to respond and met every need while staying. Highly recommend this unit, and can’t wait to return!! Only feedback would be: wish the beach service (chairs/umbrella) were included in rental like others we’ve stayed.

Fantastic experience!

We were more than pleased with our time here. The condo is homey and we felt at ease right when we walked in. The building has direct access to a private beach. If you happen to forget something, it’s just a few minutes up to the room. The views are stunning! The hosts were very proactive in their communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break Quick Trip

Overall a good area! Close to many things and we felt very safe. The condo property was kept very clean. Pool area, grills, restrooms were deep cleaned and hosed out daily! The unit was clean, but behind TVs and the “deeper” areas had been skipped. We would stay here again, and we really appreciated the coffee bar area! Views of sunset and sunrise were beautiful!

Destin Condo

Our stay and the condo could not have been more perfect. Any communication with the owners were promptly responded to within minutes. The place had everything needed for vacation and more. It was super clean upon arrival, beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of supplies provided, a vacuum to clean up all the white sand, and such a great location. The property had a private beach and beach service if you needed chairs, etc. There was a stand to purchase the chairs/umbrellas and other non-motorized sporting goods (kayak,etc). The kitchen was supplied with all the basic necessities and HUGE plus was the separate ice maker in the condo! Elevators were fast and never waited long. The views from the unit are amazing. Dolphin viewing galore, especially first thing in the morning. Building was quiet and gated parking lot for security. Nice pool, patio area with grills, workout room, tennis/paddleball courts, and more. We will not hesitate to stay in this property when we come back. So glad we chose this property and to put a pin on the map (stay here and find out!). Thank you R & S for sharing your property.
