About unit #102 - Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Scottsdale. This delightful property features 2 fabulous king bedroom suites plus a queen Murphy bed in the living room, perfect for a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.

With amenities like AC, heating, two pools (one just outside the door) tennis courts, a fitness room, fully outfitted kitchen and sunny patio, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

#102 is a short walk to old Town Scottsdale (with great restaurants and shopping), less than a 5 minute drive to Fashion Square, nearby hiking and biking trails and fantastic views.

This first story unit is cool and comfortable, has 3 Roku TVs that accommodate all streaming services, a washer and dryer, and fully charged outfitted kitchen.

Great place! Very clean and quiet. The hosts definitely thought of the little details that make a stay away from home more comfortable and welcoming, we had everything we could need. It is in a convenient location and near many things. We would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming place, exactly as advertised in the pictures. Rhonda was great and we enjoyed our 5 week stay immensely. Didn’t realize how may bike trails and walking paths were nearby, which was an awesome surprise. I’d give it 6 stars if VRBO would let me :)

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo. We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool is steps outside the entrance and there are grills available for use. The two bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, large closets for storing personal items, well stocked kitchen and a private patio. The condo had a few games available and a large desk for working. It was clear the host had thoughtfully appointed the space. Also, the host had an umbrella stroller and dream on me for our infant. Such a huge help when traveling with little ones. Highly recommend the unit to others!

This condo was perfect for us and our fur baby! Clean and well-stocked. There is good air flow thru the unit because of where the front door and patio doors are located. Lovely morning sunshine! The bedrooms are distant from each other which is offers more privacy. The unit is in a really nice location that is situated between the canal and greenbelt and on the trolley line. Safeway Grocery is less than a mile and walkable. Chapparel Park within walking distance too. Host was very responsive! We have been coming to Scottsdale for the winter for over 10 years and this unit is now one of our favorites.

We are long-time hosts who previously owned and operated a well-reviewed VRBO-listed condo in Sunriver, Oregon. You will love this central Scottsdale condo for a place to relax and a home base for all your activities.

This part of Scottsdale has so much to do. We are a 5-minute walk from Old Scottsdale, known for great shopping and dining. Our unit is steps away from one of the two pools and two gas grills. (Please clean the grill when you are done using it.) the unit is near the front of the complex and very easy to find using GPS.

You'll have everything you need. The interior is clean and well-appointed. The are TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. You can relax on the outdoor patio or get your exercise in the workout room or on the tennis court. The far pool has a hot tub. Grocery stores are close by. If you don't see what you need, please let me know.
