Great Family Rental, large space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for large families with children. My children had plenty of space to run around and play and enjoy the pool. The only critique is that it is time to update the linens and bedding in this home. These were very run down, as expected in popular rental areas that are constantly booked. Every adult staying in the rental had a remark about them. But overall great location and would book again if new linens were put in this unit.

Family Vacation in Solara Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! This home was so amazing for our family trip. We were so impressed with everything the second we walked through the door. We home looked just like the photos if not better! The kids were so excited about their themed bedrooms and it did not disappoint. Everything was so perfect and the BSV Team was so helpful throughout the stay. We will definitely return.

My family was so disappointed in the house. It needed lots of attention and hadn’t been maintained. Furniture was terrible falling apart and cheap. Beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and bedding was completely worn out. The lack and condition of cooking pans were terrible. One small pan to cook pizza rolls for our whole family that needed to have been trashed long ago. From maintenance issues to just poor house conditions the whole stay was terrible. The only positive I can say about the house is when the air didn’t work someone came right away to fix the issue however I was told someone would be there the following day to fix another issue and this was on Saturday and as of Wednesday we hadn’t seen or heard from anyone. It wasn’t until I received a text asking if I would like to extend my stay and replying absolutely not was there any communication about the other issue. I honestly hope that by leaving my review I can save another family from disappointment. The movie room stunk so bad like mold/mildew that we couldn’t use it and the air condition unit being covered in it just showed how poorly this house is maintained. Nobody should walk in to a vacation home in the condition this home was in and nobody should have to deal with issues when trying to vacation with family. I understand things happen that can’t be controlled like air not working but there’s no reason other than lack of cleaning and upkeep to come into a house that looked like this one.

Had we been made aware of these during your stay, we would have promptly sent our team to inspect and address them.We are glad to hear that our team responded quickly to the AC concern and that it was promptly resolved. As you noted, our team makes every effort to quickly address issues brought to our attention. Regarding the other maintenance concern, a member of your group advised our technician that they would handle it and that our team did not need to return. Based on this, we did not dispatch another team member. Had we known you were still expecting assistance, we would have addressed it sooner. We did not hear from you again until Wednesday, in which our team immediately responded and took care of the issue. We understand your frustrations and take your feedback seriously. These are not common concerns reported by our guests, but we recognize that unexpected issues can arise. Our team is always happy to assist to ensure a comfortable stay. In the future, we kindly ask that concerns be communicated to us as soon as they arise so we have the opportunity to address them promptly.
