BSV1805: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this stunning 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is located in the gated Solara Resort, just minutes from Disney, attractions, shopping, and dining. Perfect for families, this home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests and features a private pool & spa, a theater/game room, and Black Panther and Lion King-themed bedrooms the kids will love.

Thank you for addressing your concerns! We value our guest’s feedback as we are always looking for ways to ensure guest satisfaction. Just before your arrival, there were some minor changes, like choosing dark outdoor couch covers, purchasing sturdier barstools, and swapping the white couch in the living room with the brown couch in the movie/game room. The amenities listed are the same functionality and were made to make improvements to the unit. Since these changes were recent, we did not have a chance to have a professional photographer come to the property. For the bbq grill - it is noted both in the captions of the photos and in the description of the property that guests can rent a bbq grill for their reservation. This is listed so that guests are aware prior to booking that bbq grills are permitted at the property and that they must be rented. Regarding the first floor bathroom, this unfortunately was not brought up by you until after you departed. This concern was not an issue we have heard about at this home, and we want to have things like this corrected quickly in order to maintain guest satisfaction. Had we been notified that this was a concern during your stay, we would have been more than happy to have our team address the issue promptly. We have since reported this to our team and resolved the issue. In the future, we would greatly appreciate for any questions/concerns to be relayed during the stay, so that we can fix any issues that arise right on hand.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Blue Sky for several vacations. They have always been tremendously above par this time. They were a couple of situations outside their control that we had to deal with. That happens, I understand. What was impressive was how they responded and took care of us despite these unplanned circumstances. Sometimes taking care of guests when things happen are tougher and Blue Sky showed that care this trip.

Orlando Golf Trip

We had 6 older gentlemen golfers on our stay at the villa. It was as advertised. Everyone enjoyed it, especially the jacuzzi & pool after a day of golf. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

House was amazing

The house had a a lot of space for my family and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the stores were in short distance. Communication with the owner was very easy and check-in was easy as well. We enjoyed this beautiful hime.

Family Getaway

The house was the perfect size for our family of 17. Everyone had enough space. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and movie room. Great location if you are needing a house for 18 people.

Thank you for your feedback, Gloria. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay despite the gnats. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience due to the gnats outside that you experienced during this stay. Unfortunately, the humid, rainy summers that are typical for Florida can be inviting for unwanted visitors. This June, we have seen rain/thunderstorms most evenings, which will cause an increase in pest activity. While we do routinely treat our homes for preventative care, this issue with the gnats outside is not something that is within our control. Pest control has also advised us that this experience is not isolated to this home as they have had multiple reports of the same issue throughout this area from the storm activity. Please note that we did our very best to assist with the gnats in the pool - our team was able to drain some of the rain water out as well which should help with circulation. We completely understand how this can impact your stay and apologize for this situation! While we unfortunately do not have any control over this, we take our guest experience very seriously and have since resolved the issue with the gnats as the weather conditions have improved.

Golf trip

Great house for a golf trip as everyone gets a private room and bath (6 adults). We had 2 houses, 6 to a house. Blue Sky was great to deal with

Florida Family Trip

House was super big, easily can fit 3 families. Was stocked with dishes and pots pans etc. for family dinners. Family table was super long and big sat up to 10 people. Had a fabulous movie theater, great sound system and huge screen!! Would definitely stay again in this house!!
