The Space:
Fitted out with modern appliances including fridge & freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave as well as all utensils, pans & pots etc. We provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc.

Three generous sized bedrooms:
Master Bedroom - Queen bed and TV
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed

All linen included and professionally laundered. BYO beach/pool towels
Washing machine available for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house!

The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential area that's perfect for families. Very close to (unpatrolled) beach - nearest patrolled beach is Kawana 2.8kms away.

Getting Around:
Ideally, you'll need a car to travel to surrounding areas.

Note: outdoor/covered (but not fully enclosed garage) parking area for 1 car. Ample street parking

No School Leavers Allowed

- no dishwasher
- please do not attach the pole to the pool scoop if its needed for use.

Interaction with Guests:
We live approximately 1 hour away from the house (if needed).
