Embrace the ease of coastal living from the comfort of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home situated directly across from the beautiful Warana Beach (150 metres). Outdoor entertaining is at the heart of this home with its awesome alfresco area that features a fantastic pool, a large outdoor dining table and a barbecue. The Space:
Split across two levels, this large home is the epitome of comfortable family living.
The downstairs level consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for up to ten people, a little seating spot, bathroom one and the master bedroom (bedroom one).

Master bedroom (bedroom one): Plush king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and balcony access to the patio and pool.

Bathroom one: Bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

Upstairs you will find three of the four bedrooms along with the second bathroom and a homely living room. The living room offers a great space to snuggle up on the cosy couch in air-conditioned comfort before putting on a movie and settling into vacation mode. This room extends out to the upstairs balcony that features views of the pool so you can keep a close eye on the kids while you sit back, relax and make the most of your holiday. Bedroom two also shares access to this balcony.

The configuration of the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms is as follows:

Bedroom two: King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the upstairs balcony and patio.

Bedroom three:
Queen size bed, mirrored wardrobe, occasional chair and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four:
Two single beds, mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathroom two: Double vanity, shower and separate toilet

The outdoors of the home is great for entertaining with its sparkling pool and peaceful patio. Pets are welcome and will be safely secured in the backyard as it is fully-fenced. The close proximity to pet-friendly Warana Beach is a major highlight of this home. Leave the car parked at the property and go for a short 150-metre stroll to the golden sands of the beautiful beach that is quite literally, at your doorstep.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the triple car garage along with space to park up to three additional cars on the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the foreshore, this home is just footsteps away (150m) with direct access to the pristine sandy shores of Warana Beach. The home is located within walking distance of the Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema and skateparks all close by. Warana is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

- Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive
- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Mooloolaba/Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
