•HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee



•FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.



•TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.



Please note: guests booking though our website and VRBO will be required to sign a rental agreemet in order to ave your reservation confirmed, guests will be required to send a copy of ID and credit card used to make the reservation. Reservations will not be confirmed until rental agreement is signed.



Last-Minute Booking Disclaimer -


For reservations made 30 days or less before check-in, we only accept payments via cash, money order, or Zelle. Credit or debit card payments are not accepted for last-minute bookings.


Additionally, Friday bookings for check-in on Saturday must be completed by 4:00 PM on Friday. The guest must be present to sign the rental agreement and provide a valid ID at the time of payment.


Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
