Perfect accommodation

We stayed a few nights at this property and it was even better looking in person than online in pictures. It was well appointed with everything you could need. Everything feels brand new and was clean and comfortable. .

The location is great and so is the unit and condition. I had an issue with the internet and the owner came out and corrected it right away. I come to the area a lot and I'll definitely be looking for availability here again.

Perfect studio with mountain and bay views

Excellent studio with all the extras. Separate entry. Deck with golf course view. Walk across the street and enjoy Lummi Bay.

Great functional studio

The studio has great view, is very clean, equipped with very thoughtful amenities for the stay. Thank you! It would be perfect if there is clearer direction of finding the front door (like physical sign?) and sound proofing from the foot traffic from the upstairs. But overall a great gem in Ferndale!

Quiet nice location

Location was great for us sense most of our family lives in the N county areas. was very clean, bed was a little hard for my taste, and if someone is staying above you and are walking around its a little annoying. There is no washer and dryer that really sucks. But for the most part it was good

We had a great stay at this studio condo! It was quiet and clean, with a fun view of the golf course and a sunset view over the bay that was just a short stroll away. There were a lot of cars parked in the driveway but a spot for our vehicle was always available. They also had a ton of k-cups available which I didn’t realize when packing, and there were fresh apples and a couple soda waters supplied. Primarily used the location as a home base between activities and it was nice to have our own space to regroup. Didn’t use the stove, grill or microwave (visiting family in the area) though it was nice to have. My husband loved sitting on the deck and quietly heckling the golfers. The door was tricky but once you figured it out, it wasn’t a problem (touch the key pad so it lights up, enter the number and hit pound, wait for the tumbler to start cycling, pull the handle towards you and then push the door open; it sounds more complicated then it ends up being!). Would definitely stay here again when coming to the area.

Cozy little get away

Nice sized studio with lovely views of the golf course from the windows. Remodeled, clean, all the amenities in including coffee for the Keurig and sweet welcoming chocolates. I had partial views of both the sunrise and sunset from those windows. And a patio to myself, overlooking the golf course and their rose garden. The host was very helpful when I had a small wifi hiccup. Very pleased with both the property and the host. Thank you!

Fairways and Greens

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy, modern prperty and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived,we felt completely at home. The place had absolutely everything we needed. It was fully stocked with kitchen essentials, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, you name it, it was there.One of the standout aspects was the owner’s responsiveness and care. Neal was incredibly attentive, always quick to reply and genuinely concerned about our comfort. That kind of thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference when you’re staying somewhere.Though this studio is part of a larger property, the privacy was outstanding. We had own entrance and it is completely separate. We even had our own peaceful outdoor space. The location is superb. Nestled in the charming Washington countryside, we enjoyed beautiful morning and evening walks every day. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt safe and welcomed the entire time. At the same time, the apartment is close enough to Bellingham and Ferndale that whatever you need is just a quick drive away. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful rural living with convenient access to city amenities.I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This place has everything you could possibly need, a caring and responsive host, and a wonderfully peaceful yet well-connected location. Highly recommended!
