The lock box was very hard to get opened. The railing had some loose rails and we weren’t comfortable leaving small children on the balcony. The couches are in such bad shape we couldn’t sit on them and sand between the cushions. The dishwasher racks were so rusted and a health hazard. This place needs a real deep cleaning and updating. We will not use this rental company again.

We arrived to the property at 4pm to check in but the house was not ready, I had to call the the host to send someone to clean the house, we wait about 30 minutes and a lady showed with other guy that was drunk, my wife and our crew help to clean the house, then we wait few more hours because was no clean blankets they took the blankets to wash them, very horrible experience

Guest comfort and preparedness are very important to me, and I work closely with my team to ensure the home is properly cleaned, stocked, and ready for check-in.When my guest service manager called you out on site for exceeding maximum occupancy and hosting a party, inviting many guests from outside, this upset you. This is not only a violation of the guest rental agreement but also a city ordinance. This is also very disrespectful to us, the owner, as it shows you have no regard for the rules and the home you are renting. We were truly disappointed by this and by your review, which was inaccurate. We respect our guests and would never show up intoxicated. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The house is spacious and has plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. We loved that it’s oceanfront and the family enjoyed the close proximity to the water. The previous group forgot to take their trash out on trash day, so our group got stuck with two full trash bins, and no way to dispose of our trash. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a group

House has lots of room for a big group. Beds are super comfortable. Beach access is a short walk down the road. Sitting on the deck with the sound of the waves was delightful.

Family vacation

Family vacation at a great location. We had a great week. The only thing that would have been better if the one refrigerator would have been fixed while we were there, wouldn't get cold, so we had to grocery shop everyday.

Overall good time. Nice and close to the beach. Owners responded very quickly even on the holiday. Water tastes off so bring bottled water is the only thing i could say. For the cost amazing time.

Nice ocean view. The house was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and sturdy, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The AC kept the house nice and cool—as long as the front door stayed closed.There were some grass burrs at the lower entrance, which were a bit of a nuisance for both pets and people. The kitchen had all the basic essentials, though you may want to bring any specialty items (i.e. measuring spoons). The blender wasn’t working properly, but the property manager quickly replaced it the next day.Only two large trash bins were provided, so it’s a good idea to bring your own large capacity trash bags. The standard-sized BBQ grill was a great addition for cooking outdoors. Some minor interior wear and tear is noticeable (i.e. worn couches and wall damages, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our family time together.

I felt the property was pretty neglected. Light bulbs out, the shower was a mess. Hair in the shower. The outdoor shower was a joke.

Great home on the beach!

This home has a great location and easily accommodated our large family. There was a minor issue with the AC when we first arrived, but the property owners had it handled immediately! It was a little disappointing that there was barely repaired damage to the drywall in most of the rooms. Also, for the cost per night, we had expected a little more in the way of kitchen utensils (like a full set of pots & pans and not many tiny pans). Those things are just minor inconveniences and didn't actually deter from our stay at all. The AC worked, the beds were comfy, it's right on the beach, and the owners were responsive and accommodating!

Disgusting

This property was infested with roaches. We came in they were crawling, they were on floor, in cabinet and fridge. There was no toilet paper. The lady thought we were in a different property and tried to make it seem like we were lying. We wanted to stay there but eith bugs how could we. Disappointed and wIti g on refubd and respose still. Had to find hitel in middle of night. why not but

Unfortunately, it seems they failed to address your concerns adequately. Despite their differing perspective on the situation, we immediately scheduled pest control for the property the next day.- In light of this, we have severed our relationship with both the guest contact and the cleaning company. We’ve since partnered with a more reliable team to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and service moving forward. Additionally, we performed a comprehensive deep cleaning of the property to ensure everything is in perfect condition for future guests.- Moving forward, to provide better service, I have made my personal contact information available as a secondary point of contact for all guests.- To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve issued you a 100% refund. 5 bedrooms and not 7. I’m not sure who did the counting there. Paid ridiculous amount for beach towels and mainstay bed sheets that weren’t on the bed ($400 linen fee). Refridgerator was all busted up inside and couldn’t support much more than a loaf of bread. Worst of all was that there was no hot water our entire trip. 14 guys that we’re looking forward to showering after a long day of fishing.

I'm so sorry that my beach front house didn't appeal to you and your group, I never advertised that the house was 7 bedrooms as for the hot water heater all you had to do is flip a switch to turn on the tankless water heater, a simple phone call to me would have solved that issue. All 30 mattresses in the house are hybrid 14"memory foam mattresses that are the very best in the market. Once again, so sorry that you were disappointed but I wish you would have called me.
