Come and experience our little town and see the historical charm it has to offer.
We are located in the heart of town and close to all amenities, clubs and pubs. We are a short 6 minute walk to Lithgow Workies Club.

We love supporting our local businesses and located next door is El Latte Lithgow and diagonally across the road, to the right is Hometown Cafe, both serving amazing food and coffee.

Located at the back of the property, is free all day council parking. The parking is accessed via Whispering Lane way on the right hand side of the building.
The town has both Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets, within a short 4min drive. The train station is a 2 minute walk down the street.

The Apartments are fully serviced for any long stays, a cleaner will come in once a week to clean and replace linen.

We had a pleasant stay here with the family, plenty of space inside the apartment and central to the town centre for convenience. Extremely minor issue with access into the rear of the apartment which was outside of the hosts control. Thank you for being active in respons to make our arrival easier.

Apartment was in a great spot, very convenient to everything. It was very comfortable with good amenities however the cleaning needed work. Skirting boards, ceiling fans and bathroom fan definitely needed work. The owner was very quick to answer our queries but there wasn't much that could be done given the time of year. Hopefully this will be addressed for the next guests.

Great base to explore the own and surrounds for a family

This place is literally on the "main" street of Lithgow, it provided the perfect base for us (family of 5 with three kids under 6). We spent the daytime exploring, going on the Zigzag railway and bush walking so it was a great base for that. The place is comfortable and good value.

A surprising gem of a place

Great location. Although premises was previously the Royal exchange hotel inside has been completely remodelled to a spacious and modern Apartment.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in the heart of Lithgow.

Great location, comfy beds, awesome hot shower. East access (via stairs) to rear carpark.

Great little find in Lithgow

The apartment was very clean, check in was easy, beds very comfy and an amazing shower! We would have liked some tea & coffee but otherwise the property was fantastic!

Very roomy apartment right in the centre of town

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 children and the apartment was perfect. It was very spacious with big kitchen/living room and big bathroom. Perfect location being right on the main street, yet still quiet because Lithgow is such a quiet little country town. We made a few trips into Wollemi national park, it was only half hours drive to the Glow worm tunnel and a couple of canyons. We also had some lovely meals at the Tin Shed cafe and the Blue Fox pub. Only thing I would recomend is that there be some basic kitchen foods such as a bottle of cooking oil and some salt and pepper.

Clean and conveniently located

Had everything we needed (except an oven tray), super clean and the location was excellent for our needs. Maggie replied promptly to all my messages, when we had a change of plans she was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the apartment.
