Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Logan Circle, one of DC's most vibrant neighborhoods! Nearby, you'll discover fantastic shops, restaurants, attractions, and scenic running trails. If you're attending events at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, you're just a quick 5-minute walk away. After a bustling day in the city, our condo offers a quiet and cozy retreat for you to unwind.

The Space:
In the master bedroom, you'll find a spacious king-sized bed, remote-controlled room-darkening shades, a private bathroom, and not one, but two huge walk-in closets! The secondary bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed, 48-inch TV, with the main bathroom just a few steps down the hall. Our modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals, and there's a convenient bar/dining area for you to relax. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, a twin-size futon, and a 72-inch SmartTV, along with a selection of books for your enjoyment. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer right inside the rental. We've got everything you need for a perfect vacation or business trip.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire top-floor unit. It is not shared. There are tenants living downstairs, so please be mindful of the noise levels.

The Neighborhood:
Guests will find themselves nestled in one of the most historic, and sought after neighborhoods in the city! The area offers a diverse selection of entertainment, dining options, shopping, coffee shops and grocery stores. The Logan Circle dining scene really has become the culinary center for the city with all kinds of diverse cuisines ranging from chic and trendy to the hole-in-wall hidden treasures, French, Asian, Spanish, to oyster bars, diners and much more. You`ll want to take advantage of some of our favorite local recommendations.
